  1. How to buy/sell WebMoney?
    First you must sign in, then save the personal data on your profile page (if not yet) and place an order. Read more on WebMoney Operations.
  2. What's your work hours?
    WmObmen.org is open Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We will inform you through this website, our RSS feed and twitter one day prior any changes to schedule.
  3. Can I get a WebMoney passport without visiting you in person?
    No. Is it a must to visit us in person. We can't issue a passport otherwise.
  4. Why should I enter my passport details?
    It is a WebMoney Transfer's requirement which inhibits the fraud operations and other unlawful use of the System.
  5. How soon do I get my WebMoney on my purse?
    It will take only couple minutes if you pay in cash; if you pay using a debit or credit card expect to get your funds in 30 minutes to one hour.
  6. Is there any limits for deposit or withdrawing?

  7. I'm not registered with WebMoney Transfer. Can I transfer WMZ, WMU, WME, WMR, WMB to other person's WebMoney purse?
    No. You must place an order for this. To do so register with WebMoney, create the purses you need, topup them, and only after that you will be able to transfer WebMoney units to your correspondent's account.
  8. I can't place an order. What's the problem?
    Several issues are possible:
    • You did not sign in. Do it now!
    • If you use Keeper Classic: your Keeper is not running or has not been activated - start it or activate correspondingly.
    • If you use Keeper Light: read this article.
    • It is possible that your account is blocked. To check it try send 0.01 WebMoney unit to any purse you know for sure exists. If this fails then you're definitely blocked. Contact WebMoney Arbitrage.
